My brother recently aquired a speeding ticket in
Minnesota. He went to the courthouse and paid the ticket
with a check and at the bottom he wrote as follows "for
the pigs to buy more doughnuts with" would/could this be
contempt of court or would this displayed be classified
under the 1st Amendment of free speech?
