FACTS 1) Plumas County, California Sheriff, Prosecutor and Judge committed numerous Constitutional violations including unreasonable search and violation of my right to counsel and violation of my right to present a defense to the jury to unlawfully convict and imprison me in a medica marijuana case.(CASE NUMBER: 00-26978) 2) After over 19 months in prison and a month on parole release the California Appellate Court, Third District, reversed my conviction finding that the Plumas County court officers vioilated my Constitutional right to the assistance of counsel, California Penal Code Section 866.5 and "all the rules of fair play". CASE NUMBER: C039311 3) California Attorney General did not appeal the ruling. 4) The Appellate Court remitted my case back to the Plumas County court. 5) The Plumas County court dismissed all charges "in the interest of justice" on September 3, 2003. THE RECORD IS ABUNDANTLY CLEAR ON SEVERAL SALIENT POINTS: 1) the Plumas County Clowns violated my right to counsel; 2) the Plumas County Clowns unlawfully convicted me; 3) the Plumas County Clowns unlawfully imprisoned me; 4) the Plumas County Clowns violated my right to counsel, unlawfully convicted me and unlawfully imprisoned me knowingly or unknowingly.(malice or incompetence) 5) California has the defacto practice and policy and practice of condoning malicous, incompetent judges and prosecutors. I served a claim on California, Plumas County, the California Judicial Council, the California Commission on Judicial Performance on January 15, 2004. I NEED HELP TO PURSUE MY SUIT FOR DAMAGES WHEN MY CLAIMS HAVE BEEN REJECTED. josephrob@earthlink.net
