    Joseph,

Plumas County has it's own way of doing things. I feel my
rights were violated after I was wrongly arrested. In the
end the charges were dropped, but this after I lost my kids,
experienced public humiliation and financial turmoil while
jumping through hoops for the "system".

This is a wrong that unfortunately will never be righted.

Good luck and I will be looking forward to reading
    the "Progressive" for your progress.
