violation of due process by crawford county CHILDREN'S &
YOUTH AUTHORITY premature disposition no finding of guilt
by jury or court.Violation of due process by Commonwealth
of PA. Dept of Public Welfare.No finding of guilt by jury
or court. Has occured before. Venango county,PA 1993,no
criminal charges filed,no trial,& no conviction. However,
was wrongfully placed on Childline&Abuse registry for 10
years. SETTLEMENT 918,000,000
