    Hi Danielle.

    I did post that form as a example to show that there is a way to stop it, but I think that
    the forms and rules for filing are different fron one state and even one parish to
    another, I think that for you at this point the best way to go is hiring an local attorney
    or even if you feel confident a paralegal to help you out with the paperwork, if you hire
    a paralegal you will have to represent yourself in court if there is a hearing and I know
    from experience that the judges don't like that, so I'd advice you to take a lawyer it
    will be cheaper than letting them complete the process.
