    Do not ignore it, that is exactly what they want you to do. If you don't take action they will
    garnish wathever you have. They only way for them to get it in their way is if you don't say
    anything or even worst if you try to negociate and reach an agreement to pay. This people is just
    trying to rip you off that's all. As a example see what happend to allison on the previos post.
