James J, Greetings,
I suspect the arbitrator lacked jurisdiction because no court ordered you to
arbitrate. On such grounds, I've filed a federal action on behalf of a
client against Columbia Credit Services and others, including a National
Arbitration Forum arbitrator and MBNA. If you want to join in the action or
be a witness, let me know. Perhaps NAF should be made a party defendant.
Sorry about the preceding two reports from eingriff; I didn't understand how
to proceed. Hope you receive this one.
Best regards, Albert W. L. Moore, Jr.
