THe superior court has to confirm the arbitration award. The company that won the
award now has to serve you with a "confirmation of arbitration award" filed with
the superior court. If they can't serve you within one year of the award then
they are out of luck. If they did serve you and you did not respond they now have
a court confirmed award against you and can start collections. I hate these
people sooooo much.
