Hey guys,

I am in the same boat right now. I think I am going to try and do what Carlos did. The
only thing is that I want to negoitate with these guys so I can get it off my credit
report, but I know they only paid pennies on the dollar for my account.

I got the arbitrator letter today, and I still debating on how to handle it. Does anyone
have any success stories of how you handled it. I went through all the responses and
Carlos's was the only success story. I am just in a bind, and I know that I can't pay what
they want me to pay. Thanks.
