That's great if the guys behind the NAF threats are from the Wolpof people, but the collectors
who recently sent me a notice of an arbitration claim with NAF are CACH, LLC. I read through
all the responses here to this, but I'm still not certain what I should do. Some people here
say taking action is the key, others are saying to ignore it.

It sounds to me like just another threatening way to get me to pay them money, but I have no
idea what the consequences are of ignoring it. I've tried multiple times to work out a
payment plan with these people, but everything they offer is unreasonable. I recently got
laid off, so now is an especially bad time for them to request one lump sum payment. I only
owe around $3K, a thousand of which seems to be their own tacked-on interest, presumably to
give them a little more profit for buying out my debt from MBNA. Regardless, it certainly
doesn't sound like arbitration will help me in the least, since the NAF doesn't appear to be
    even slightly unbiased.
