    OK,help me out here. I got NAF claim delivered by UPS. My wife
    signed for it and when i saw it,it was a differet name on there.
    My first and last name are very popular up here in my state. What
    the kicker was is that the middle initial is NOT mine. My middle
    initial is J and the letter had a C on it. Now today, I get this
    thing in the mail.something about a second notice.

    The debt collector i believe is CACV out of colorado. Sholud I
    contact them about this?
