What is the time limitation on a DWI case ( misdemeanor )
in Texas from arrest/arraingment to trial? What case law
precedent can support a sure dismissal? (Texas code of
criminal procedure says that 60 days for a offence that has
a jail sentence no more than 180 days).

Does being on bond make a difference? Case has not been
heard, and has been six months.
