    Everyone in this country is entitled to "due process."
    From I can see from the above narrative, there was never even a
    court case. Even the Constitution mandates a 5 year limitation
    whereas any agency has to bring an inditctment against the
    alleged, such as yourself. If it were me, I would be down at
    the district courthouse filing a 42 USC 1983 law suit against
    this individual. No person, not even the state can withstand
    the supreme law of the land and that is the Federal
    Constitution. In other words: Sue the bastard!
