Not to sound whiny again, but the first lawyer I called and hired was the attorney for the Broward Public School Teachers Union. I thought the lawyer they used would be the best prepared lawyer to help me. Didn't work out that way. When his phone call didn't do the job, he said he was done, and good bye. I have spent hours looking for stuff, but have not tried the us codes site; I will. I am still trying to find out what my complaint is (i.e., from a legal stand point, of what would I be accusing them?) I'm not asking this because I'm trying to play lawyer, I'm trying to get a handle on what lawyer to call, they all have their specialties. And even when I do searches I don't know what to search for. Again, is it an issue of due process, civil rights, wrongful termination, or what?? Is there anyone out there who could give an opinion on what kind of lawyer I need....besides just a good one?

I'm no attorney, but i would guess, a civil rights attorney?
