    WHAAAAAAAAAAA. They are not unconstitutional, BUT they should
    be. Just because you behaved while serving your penalty to
    society, does not mean you should receive "good time" I am a
    firm believer that mandatory sentences are needed. I do not
    believe in good time, day for day, or even parole. If you
    break into someone's home (and unfortunately did not get
    shot) and the sentence is 4 years, then darn it you should do
    4 years, not 3 years and 11 months. Go cry to someone else.
    Yeah maybe you served our country, but so have alot of other
    people in county or state detention and we don't see them on
    here crying, "but I served the country" Give me a freaking
    break already. You Fuc*ed up, pay the price, do your time and
    shut your mouth.
