Post: Where is the U.S. Dept. of Justice?

In Louisiairaq thousands of men languish in jail awaiting a trial that never seems to come. Those with money buy their way out of jail and buy their way out of the criminal charges that the cops bring against them. But those poor schmucks whose biggest crime is not having any money sit in jail, until in most cases the only way they can ever get out of jail is to plead guilty and get credit for time served. In Louisiana the judges who set the amount of bail bonds, get a percentage of the money paid to a professional bailbondsman for such bonds; so consequently the higher that the bonds are set, the more money the judges get. Also, every Louisiana schmuck bonding out of jail has to pay a Tax on The Bill of Rights of R30.00, which is divvied up between the politicians. This is true, notwithstanding that defendants are still presumed innocent until they are proven guilty. The U.S. Department of "Justice" should step in and take over the Criminal Justice System, much like it took over the Louisiana Prison System and ran it for about twenty years. Where is the same U.S. Department of Justice? Maybe with this new Mexicano Attorney General something will be done to solve the denial of Constitutional Rights in Louisianiraq. Alcide Mouton Bunkie
