hello we live in wabash in. my son was referred to out of
school suspension by his principle, this is the 3rd time.
it was reported to juvinile probation dept and they picked
him up and put him a detention center. the top probation
officer told me there was a court order stating apon 3rd
referral any student were to be picked up and put in
detention center. regardless of offense, ireceived a
summons to court for the referral one day and they picked
my son up the next. he is 17 and hasnt been in much
trouble. 1 refferal was for being late 1 was for arguing
with another student which wont stop provocing him and the
other, last 1, was for fighting said student who
threatened him with a steal pipe and is 18 the principle
told me about the pipe and she confiscated it. he was
picked up today and wont get out until monday. court day,
i plan on fighting this to the end, need advice. there
was no warrant or pick up order for my son only this
gneral courtorder which they wouldnt produce for me to
see. the top officer told me they picked him up
soley on the general court order the reason for the
referral had no influence, we havent even been to court
for the referral yet how can they sntence him without a
trial, and can a circuit judge right his own laws thnx
