    TV i'm ot an attorney. But i
    think your missing the point. Your
    son is not an adult. He is not
    garenteed the same rights under
    the constitution in this
    circumstance. He hasn't reached
    the age of majority. He is still
    your responsability. Compareing
    this to shooting the sheriff, is
    like apples & oranges. Then he
    might be tried as an adult.

    that is what i have a problem
    with.
