AN ATTORNEY OF COURAGE

For those of a faint heart, a timorous nature.....
For those of a vainglorious arrogance.....
For those knowing only politicking a means to an end.....
For those unrighteous in deed and in thought.....

.......read no further. You'll be wasting your time, for
you won't qualify.

For an honorable attorney of integrity, consider this if
you have a passion.....
...for the rights of man.
...for an active resistence to police misconduct.
...for an active resistence to the abuse of authority,
where a case for Extortion might be made.

The element of money and/or property being replaced with
revenge. The abuse of the public, official position to seek
additional revenge for a private party.

And then, the criminal justice system furthering these
civil rights violations.....
...by allowing the action to proceed even after being shown
evidence of misfeasance.
...by refusing to abide by statutory law.
...by denying right to counsel in direct violation to the
14th Amendment, Giddeon v. Wainwright and Escobedo v.
Illinois.

At this point, I will be walking into a trial by jury w/no
representation of counsel, and I will do so if help can't
be found, as did Escobedo. With or w/out help, I am
definitely bringing civil suit against the Mass. State
Police, a particular court and maybe a local PD.

My case is strong and dates back a few years to a similar
abuse by the State Police, in which I then brought it to
jury trial, was found NG on all counts, with the judge
sharply scolding the 28 year-old prosecutor for bringing
the charges against me, whom I showed, with my own defense
investigation, was a family friend of the private parties
using their State Police connections to bring the charges.

My mistake then, was not seeking a civil case against them
all. That mistake I will not make this time.

If you're an attorney of integrity and courage and not
timid of heart to fight an unjust system, contact me. I
will split the civil award 50/50 if you will work with
me.

I have already concluded I will most likely receive little,
if any, response. I seek not the numbers, but only
that "one" whom refuses to "follow the herd." That cares
about the real meaning of the word "justice."

You won't go w/out your reward, if you do.
