I had no idea I was being served with an Ex-Parte Order. believe me! If I new what the certified letter was. i would have accepted it. The order was frivilous and I would have fought it given the chance. So far, the people that wrote back to my posting are assuming the worse. They are assuming I deserved the order. Orders of protection are rightfully required when there is mental or physical violence and the continued threat. In my case, the order was used by a controling woman to still control and for a revenge factor. Please, for the sake of justice, don't ever accept jury duty people!
