Re: Respondent to an Order of Protection due process violat

An update! I took some time to check with the clerk at the Chancery Court in Gallatin, TN. There never was a Ex-Parte order filed against me. Thus, I was never notified about the Order of Protection until it was approved. The judge just flat out listened to my ex-wife and based on her testimony, approved the Order. Now people, please tell me, guilty or not guilty, is this, Due Process"?
