whom said a dawg is personal property? I didnt see dawgs
mentioned in your quote. One way to insure this doesnt happen is
to provide for the animals properly in the first place and
recognize when your abilities to do so are on a downward spiral.
FWIW, they can't destroy as many dawgs as are being created
daily.
