When a person is accused of wreckless driving because of
the high speed and charged with racing do the police need
to have a record of the speed? The person pulled over as
soon as he saw the lights from the police car, was taken
into custody and charged, car was impounded. The officer
was sitting by the road without any lights on playing
solitaire on his computer when the car went by him.
