Need more information. Our due process rights are being
eroded daily by things like the Patriot Act. What exactly
do you believe NYC did to "disregard" the rights of
employees? disregarding is not necessarily the same as
violating. Disregard as in don't think they're important,
not worrying about? or violating as in depriving of or not
allowing to exercise those rights?
