my son is 10,taken into custody for allegedly pushing a
teacher, the officer was called and did not read him his
rights(i was present, so i know)later he was taken to be
processed in the juvenile justce official read him his
rights, yet we (his Parents) were not present. he has a
bipolar disorder. he was taken to the detention center.
what is his legal rights, we don't know if he was
questioned or not, yet if he wasn't what are his rights,
    can he be released.
