Several years ago I left my now ex-husband & went to live
in another state.I got a checking acct. & ended up with a
bounced check.I was arrested & taken to jail.I was put on
probation & paid it off.My ex & I got back together & moved
back.Several years later I find out I had another bounced
check in that state & there is a bench warrant now for that
check.What can I do? I called the company I wrote the check
to about paying for the check & the fee.Will the warrant
really be taken off me? Or do I have to worry every day
about getting arrested? Also could I be arrested for a
bounced check for $106 in another state?
