I was dismissed from City College of San Francisco
without any hearing. At first it was an "oral dismissal."
I could not appeal because it was oral and not written
dismissal.

I was charged with "gossiping and disrespectful."
I am probably the first student in American gets kicked out
of college for gossiping...I asked the Dean what and to who
did I actually said that is consider gossip or
disrespectful. They Dean did not answer me.

City College later put my dismissal in writing, I could not
appeal it because no one at City College would excercise my
due process rights. The only Dean that responded was "get
your attorney to talk to our disctrict counsel." I filed a
formal complaint to the US Dept.of Education, but it will
take months and I don't think anyone from the Dept. of
Education would care...

What should I do? I don't have any money for attorney.
Its hard to believe that I'm being bullied by "educators."
