Checking PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) I
found a number of lawsuits against Wolpoff & Abramson under the
Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. In fact, I recently filed
one on behalf of a client in Pennsylvania state court. I prefer
state to federal court.

The MBNA arbitration clause in the opinion of at least one court
does not apply if you sue Wolpoff & Abramson because you did not
agree to arbitrate with Wolpoff & Abramson. Wolpoff & Abramson
may have some connection with the National Arbitration Forum
there are a lot of allegations on the internet about this. If
