Hi Fanua, I still need to know if the violation of work release will be held against this individual even though it has been 8 years since the violationn occurred and the individual has been an upstanding member of society with a family. Please advise as to a contact for this individual to clean up their record or pay a fine or whatever might be necessary. Thank you, Lena On 1/29/07, Fanua SP.
