I have recently objected to a arbitration made by CACV.
AFter a lengthy back and forth asking CACV to provide
proof and objecting the NAF, we finally received a letter
from NAF advising us that NAF has appointed Paul H as
Arbitrator and will notify us in 30 days of his ruling. I
have been reading up on this NAF company- It looks like
thier ruling sticks. ( Which is always in the claimant
favor) Any help or advise to fight this beast?
