Judge Sanchez, the judge who issued a restraining order
against David Letterman some years ago for sending
distressing thoughts to a woman here in Santa Fe, foreclosed
my condo without a hearing.

I had no idea it had been foreclosed.

No one sent me any notice of the sale... so I was spending
money on my condo with final privy pit remediation when I
didn't even own it any more.

I complained to the Judicial Standards Commission, and they
denied my complaint... I got the final notice of their
denial today.

I ask you, is Due Process a myth?
