My husband was arrested on 07/18/07 for DUI and at the time
he was also on probation for another situation which
happened last year(not DUI) violation of probationi is what
it was he had complete program,pay the court fees,and get
his license,and report to his probation officer which he
did on 7/17/07,he is still detained and waiting to be
transported back to dade county,after speaking to him he
said that he was to be released within 10 days (but)because
he violated his probation as it states,is this why he will
not be getting out what process was do him at his arrest?
