I was denied 'due process' I was charged by mail! I understand by
the constitution, have the right to face my accuser. ALSO, If you
create a society that depends on a 'vehicle'[no pun intended] this
heavy you have to make it so people can still survive. I'm thinking
of moving out of the state of TX now. I'd be better off homeless and solvent, some-where, any-where else...I see a snowball that is only
going to get bigger. If that means more food for the greed of
immature conservatives,[Republican Dianne Delisi who introduced the
idea to the TX legislature says, she would change the program to
give judges more leeway in deciding who should pay the surcharges.]
Like I said, I paid up that first year. I thought it was over and
the subsequent mailings were a joke or a typical scam. The internet
said I was done/completed then I get told by a cop a year later, he
could 'take me to jail' and 'impound' my car just because some
person in the DRP decided to revoke my licence. Probably done
automatically by a computer program no less. Without a hand
delivered subpoena this is all very illegal. I'm out
