I agree!! It's more like triple jeopordy and for a first time
offense!!! I can see maybe if it's a third offense but this is
extortion!!! When I discovered what this was at the finance
office I saw minorities and blue collar workers mainly because
they are the folks that can't afford a lawyer, typically. I
was appalled and still am.
