    My notice doesnt say a hearing was held, it just states i have 30
    days to respond or an award may be entered against me. I do believe
    i owe this company but not $20,614.07 I am on social security and
    unable to pay anything. I am learning alot about this crooked
    company and trying to find out what to do. Respond or not? On
