I liked the guy who swore up and down that jacking a person's
interest rates makes them more responsible payors.
That argument worked real good for loan sharks, which is what
they are. I mean, the stuff they do to people would make an
honest mobbed up loan shark blush.
Personally, I like my crime straight up and out in the open
where I can see it-not the kind these smarmy mofos are doing.
