You don't provide much detail, which is understandable on a
public chat board.
In a hypothetical situation where more than one person is
arrested, each individual must be given their Miranda rights
before any custodial interrogation of that individual takes
place or their statements may be suppressed at trial.
It is not necessary for Miranda rights to be given at the
time of arrest but they usually are because that protects any
statement you might make on your own from challenge to
suppress.
