Post: Due Process? Constitutional?

Posted by Dan Salvo on 5/01/12
I rented a 2-car garage for storage, in residential area, San Pedro, CA. No sleep-in. A year later, my LL sold the property advising the new LL was to continue, same terms. New LL ordered me out, as a "Squatter". She won a UD judgment, but failed to do the Writ of Possession/Sheriff's Notice to Vacate. Instead LAPD broke in, placed her lock on the door. Then she citizen's arrested me (dismissed). She got a R.O stay away Order, which I've appealed, pending. Are there any precedents requiring Const. Due Process (for hold0ver tenant)?
