I was an employee as a Federal Firefighter for 20 years
with no adverse action / discipline at all. was given a
cash incentive every yea. The employer sent 2 letters or
proposed termination 12/22/11 ; the 2nd was on 3/15/12 and
on 7/13/12 I was brought to the office with 2 letters face
down on the desk the captain stated one is a retirement the
other is termination where you will lose all your benefits
, I took the retirement ( Constructive Discharge) the Union
president said he " would defend me when he returns from
vacation, and I should fill out the grievance form, ( I did
) when he returned, he refused stating I was not part of
the CBA Please help
