Post: Due Process

I am a poor retired Colorado homicide detective and author
but this email is not relevant to either. I am also a
citizen. I reside in Mazatlan and I found your web site. I
have a fondness of retirees now that I am one. For some
reason my sentiment about retirees changed .
Would anyone be interested in a challenge to the
constitutionality of the Fair Credit Billing Act via
Capitol One Credit Card company.? I have done extensive
research on a particular portion of this act because I
believe that this act violates my right to due process and
I have a fairly good recorded history to prove it. If you
agree with me, millions of other people are suffering the
same violation. If you want to take a look at it, I will
send you a summary of my thoughts on this. Its not a long
one I promise. I have a little history on financial
institutions and assisted in bringing BBVA Compass to their
knees in a class action.
I have contacted the DOJ and that is an unpleasant
experience in itself. I don't believe they have any
interest in getting involved in this. In fact I'm hard
pressed to imagine anything out of the political arena they
might be interested in. Hope to hear from you.
