Is there a legal question somewhere in here that you want
answered -- or are you just venting?

If you have a legal question you want answered, unless you
present it in 2 short pragraphs, it is highly unlikely you
will get help here. Most volunteers/reponders do not have the
time to read a post as long as yours.
