    There is nothing illegal here. If you work in an at-will
    state, your employer can fire you for any, or no reason at
    all. Unless you're covered by a contract, collective
    bargaining agreement, union, etc., you have no recourse.

    IMHO: Personally, I would *NOT* want to return to a company
    after they fired me; it would only be a matter of time before
    it occurred...again!
