They are not required to inform you of who made the
complaint and they are not required to provide you with a
copy of the investigation reports. In fact, depending on
what state you are in, they may be prohibited from providing
you with a copy of the investigation reports.
The company is required to investigate reports of
harassment. Unless you can prove who the complaintant was
AND that they deliberately made up the allegations (as
opposed to honestly being offended by whatever it was you
said or did, whether you meant to harass them or not) you
would not have a legal complaint.
