I had a child in the beginning of october. I was given
maternity leave. UPon return i was moved from my original
position and forced to work a midnight shift. I was told
that i would return to my other job after the children that
i was working with had left. I worked this shift for over
2 months i had to call off one day bc of the weather i then
worked my two shifts follwoing that call off which was the
1st time i had ever called off in 1 1/2 years. That monday
i was called by my employer and told thatiwas not reliable
and thati was not needed any longer but if i wanted i could
ask about other employment oppurtunities within the
company. I filed for unemployment and my employer did not
respond so i did not recieve unemployment for over a month
when i contcted that the unemployment office they grasnted
my unemployment and gavemy employer another oppurtinuty to
appeal they are now aoppealing beacue they say that they
offered me antoher job what should i do?
