I work for a small transmission shop in North Carolina.
This past Monday night...the shop was broken into and all
of my tools were stolen out of my tool cart. I need to
know if my employer is responsible for the replacement of
my tools? He won't give me the name of his insurance
company. Are small business owners required to have
insurance on their employees tools?
