    I had a male supervisor sexually harrass me and others
    during work hours. We filed a complaint with EEOC, the
    company terminated the supervisor and I am scheduled for a
    mediation.

    I have no ideal what the remedy could be.

    I know I no longer want to work there as I am a target to
    be terminated. I prefer to leave and get on with my life.

    How does one mediate without an attorney in the state of
    Florida. What is fair compensation and how does one
    determine what they ask for, it it itemized or just a
    general amount. Is there a maximum?

    Can anyone help?
