I joined a company around 9 months ago to do a very
specific job. I am now doing a related job which has a
different focus, and is directly tied to revenue
generating activity. There are 3 other people who do the
same job as me, and I am outperforming them. However, when
I asked to be compensated accordingly (in line with my
coworkers), my boss said I had to wait for two months. He
also declined to give me the same job title as my
coworkers, despite doing the exact same job. Is this legal?
