Regarless of any situation the Company has no right
whatsoever to withhold your paychecks at less you owe them
money

Contact the 'Labor Department' in your City or State and
file a complaint against the Company and let them know how
you were treated and what caused you to walk out of your job
and how they are holding your last two paychecks
