I'm a truck driver and I was fired. During my employment,
I had an accident, police report says mutial parties at
fault. Now my exemployer wants me to pay the deductable
for the accident and will not pay me my last paycheck. Do
I take it to the labor board or do I just sue in small
claims. The exemployer is in Nevada.
