You do not have my permission to re-write my post. No one here, including myself, ever said employees do not have rights at all. What I said -- and what we are all saying in this thread -- is that nothing in your post shows your employer is breaking any laws and that it is not against the law to be a jerk-boss. It is nearly impossible, to say the least, to communicate with close- minded people who do not want to hear the message. That's why you are re-directed to the website that tells you what you want to hear.
